Since I started my daily gratefulness posts on social media, it has really started changing my thoughts on gratefulness.
We tend to be grateful for the BIG things that happen in life, but what about the small things?
What about things we take for granted?
That is where I have started noticing a shift in my thoughts process.
A hug from a family member...
A text message from a friend...
A car to drive...
These are all things that we can easily get busy in our day and forget that none of them are guaranteed.
For those fortunate enough to have a car or public transit, we can drive down the road and easily not even think about how blessed we are that we don't have to walk, especially when stuck in bumper to bumper traffic.
But in times of "road rage" have you ever stopped to think about how hard it would be to walk that same route, and how much longer it would take?
Pivot your perspective with gratefulness and see how much better you feel about the current situation.
Until Next Time...
